The once-lush green pitch now lay barren and worn out, a testament to years of neglect. The group, led by their spirited GS Chilana, and  Salil were determined to restore the ground to its former glory.

As they began their work, the atmosphere was filled with laughter and camaraderie. The group consisted of people from different walks of life, but they were all united by their shared passion for SHOBA and the game of cricket. There was Pramod, who had always been a stickler for discipline; Salil, the tech-savvy one, who had brought his expertise to help with the renovation; and Lokesh, the gentle giant, who was more interested in fixing the old scoreboard than the pitch itself.

The team got to work, armed with tools, shovels, and a lot of enthusiasm. They began by clearing the debris, removing old weeds, and leveling the ground. As the sun beat down on them, they took breaks to share stories and memories of their time at SHOBA. As the day wore on, the group made tremendous progress.  managed to fix the old scoreboard, which now displayed the current score proudly. Salil, meanwhile, worked tirelessly to ensure that the renovated pitch was perfect for the upcoming matches. Kailash ji, ever the problem-solver, came up with innovative ideas to improve the ground’s drainage system, while Pramod took charge of organizing the volunteers.

As the sun began to set, the group took a moment to step back and admire their handiwork. The once-barren pitch was now a lush, green expanse, ready for the next generation of cricketers to take to the field. The SHOBA Alumni members stood together, beaming with pride, knowing that their hard work would benefit the school for years to come.
